It depends on what you mean by that. If you are a cashier in a grocery store and a customer is rude, you still have to help them. If you are a server in a restaurant and a customer is rude, you still have to wait on them.
If you have someone in your class who is consistently rude and mean to you and they want you to help them with algebra, no you do not have to do that.
