According to me it is totally wrong and bad act. How can be it right and good as you make a fun of person. We know that he/she can not control her/his voice and it is not under his/her that how he/she speak or want speak.
Just imagine that if we are in the place of that person and if any other make of us then, surely you don't feel good. Because we know that it is not under our control. Then we don't want that anyone make fun of us then how other person want it.
So it is totally wrong act.
