Answer: Well, Yeah. It is harmfull for our human body to see or use mobile while tilting head down.

Usually, It is observed that we make 30° to 45° angle while using our smartphones which disturbs our body structure.

It can also cause the disease of bone like Kyphosis etc.

Tip: *You should use your smartphones at least at 90* if possible*
