it is important to use dipper at night so that no accident will be there ....if u will not use dipper, there are many chances of accident

AkshayKatoch143: Almost everyone here, has misinterpreted dipper as high-beam and cautioned fellow people to not to use it. On the contrary, dipper, which is etymologically derived from 'dip', represents the low-beam headlight mode which one MUST use in the city, especially when there are other vehicles coming from the opposite side.

High-beam or upper should ideally be used on high-ways, or as an indication, while overtaking another vehicle. Hope this clears things up!
