As it is impossible to erase the memory of arm destruction brought to this world in the same way it is impossible to attain disarmament. Even if it could be achieved there is no way that primitive weapons could do less harm however the magnitude may be small. Then also mutual distrust and competition among nations or as they called it defense mechanism is unlikely to be resolved.
