It is the best option to have a relationship with good Countries which can be Beneficial to India. We all know that Russia is the best friend of India. Every Country specializes in a specific genre like Russia in weapons and North Korea in Nuclear Weapon etc. This help to fulfill the needs of the Country and also promotes the friendly relationship of India with other countries.
