It is inevitable to india to have good relationship with other countries.why?

bcz geographical and historical features of India and other countries are not the same and sometimes India and other countries are enemies of each other in terms of cricket,war,financial services and changes b/w India and other countries are a bit different

Keeping good relations is a two way street. Building economic and trade ties with China and implementing the Samjhota express between India and Pakistan are some of the obvious steps that India has taken. However, there are many other initiatives that India part takes in, for bridging gaps. But it's not just India that needs to be friendly, other nations should also take a step in the positive direction. Just because others are not being friendly, that is not on India - rather it's on others. And if someone wants to try to bully India, well then two can play at that game.
