one needle has very small surface area therefore more pressure be applied on the inflated balloon than the finger and therefore it is much easier to burst inflated balloon with a needle than finger.

As pressure is directly proportional to force and inversely proportional to area , that is if two objects are applying equal force but object A have more are than object B ..than as i stated above that pressure is inversely proportional to area it will be more convenient for object B to break another object .
Similarly , as area of an needle is less than that of an finger , it will be convenient for a needle to burst an inflated balloon more easily than a finger.
