yaa it is easier to burst an inflated balloon with a needle as compared to fingers. Because needle have less area as compared to our fingers. As pressure is inversely proportional to area. Less area more the pressure will be. More the area less the pressure will be.

because the higher the surface area the more force has to applied on the object... which applies same with bursting a balloon
