NO WE INHALE OXYGEN AS WELL AS OTHER GASES AT VERY VERY SMALL QUANTITY.
AND THE OXYGEN GAS ARE ONLY SUPPLIED TO THE ALL PARTS OF OUR BODY.
AND OTHER GASES ARE REMOVED BY LUNGS WITH CO2

No, we actually inhale all thegases present in the mixture of air in atmosphere. But it is only the oxygen gasmolecules present in the airmixture that are absorbed into red blood cells in the body .We breathe in all the gases in the air, but we only keep the oxygen, because it's the only gas needed for respiration. When we breathe in air it goes down the trachea, then the bronchi, bronchioles, and eventually ends up in tiny sacs called alveoli, which are surrounded by capillaries (the smallest blood vessels in the body). The iron in the blood which courses through the capillaries attracts the oxygen which enters the bloodstream. The un-needed gases make the reverse journey when we exhale.
