yes I do agree that it is not easy to give shelter to every homeless people this is because the people having no shelter are huge in number we can at least try to help a few of them

even the government can take steps towards this issue like well are NGOs for orphan and old aged people there should also be NGOs for these homeless people in which they have to work and for this work we will be provided money by this way we can provide shelter to the homeless as well as teach them dignity

but yeah it doesn't seem to be possible to provide shelter to every homeless person
