focal length get more and power get less.then ciliary muscle get tensed and eye lens become thicker so it blarred.

yes it is not possible to see an object clearly if it kept too close to the eye
because the near point of vision for our eye is 25 cm.If we place any object before 25 cm,we are not able to see it.It will seems blur to our eyes.
