There should be someone who aligns perfectly with the company's aims and ideals and should be able to lead the rest of the employees in the forward direction. If there is no autonomy in the branch, everything has the potential to go hay wire. There is a hierarchy that must be followed in situations in order to become successful and avoid conflicts and failure.
