Using Componendo and dividendo rule the expression can be rewritten as,

{2a/4√2}+{2a/4√3}

Taking LCM as √6 we get,

(2√3a+2√2a)/4√6

2a(√3+√2)/4√6

a(√3+√2)/2√6
