I don't agree with this statement as the statement given is totally wrong but as responsible citizens of the country it is our duty as well as the government's duty to grant public services because government alone cannot do everything. Civil societies and other organisations should work hand hand
for public services......

no,i do not agree with this statement the reason is that the government alon can not do all the things... as we are the citizens of india it is too our responsibility along with the government and civil services...
