Politician use caste divide for their own benefit.They favour people from their caste in recruitment so that they remain loyal to politician not to the state they belong to .You can see this easily in UP and Bihar.If you ask anyone who is the good candidate to vote they will surely say leader from their caste and they have tonnes of reason for that.How much good work any government do they will only vote for their caste.You can see what is the condion of state and politician after decades of caste based politics .Politician are super rich and the state are underdeveloped.
