  • The procedure is as follows:
  1. Do a little warm-up exercise.
  2. Sit on a plain surface, extend your toes, toes pointing up the soles of the feet against the base of the step.
  3. Place a ruler on the ground between your legs.
  4. Now place one of your hands on top of the other, and slowly bend forward.
  5. At your greatest reach, hold for 5-10 seconds and measure how far you have reached.
  6. Note down the reading.
