• There are different grammatical rules for making an interrogative sentence.
• Most of the interrogative sentence starts with question words like who,what,whose etc. But is many cases the auxiliary verbs like is, are,have,had etc. , are also used to start an interrogative sentence.
• Similarly, we have shifted the position of the auxiliary verb "is" at the beginning of the given sentence, in order to make it interrogative.
