it is possible for a hydrogen (¹H1) nucleus to emit an Alpha particle give a reason for your answer.

no it is not possible because if a nucleus emits alpha there is a loss of 4 in mass number and 2 in atomic number.but in the case of hydrogen nucleus it not possible,as hydrogen nucleus has only one mass number and one atomic number

No because for the emissions of alpha particle the parent nucleus must have number of proton and neutron greater than helium
