no it is not possible because if there is force on body and it is in motion there will always be work done because the formula of work is force x displacement
and motion means displacement
for example when a body is moving because of a force and the force is causing acceleration there will be work done

When body moves in uniform circular motion , Radial force always acts towards the centre , but body moves in circular path with acceleration v^2/r towards the centre . Here , motion is in tangential sirection .
Work done by radial force is 0.
