Yes, the social reality interpretation is objectively possible. Social reality may either be of institutional facts or brute facts.

For example:

 The facts such as, the climatic conditions or the distance between the earth and the sun or the speed of rotation and revolution of the earth around the sun are independent of the human intervention and thus, as are considered as brute facts.

 The facts such as, someone owns owning a car or someone investing a bulk amount in his/her business or someone got getting married to a foreigner are all completely dependent on human intervention and thus, are considered as institutional facts.
