Yes it is possible to reduce the amount of consumption of electricity by using more efficient devices which is available now a days. We should shift our daily usage instruments to digital instruments which is better adapted for the protection of the environment. For an examples I am saying the light emitting diode.

The light emitting diode is far more efficient than a normal fluorescent bulb or a yellow bulb. It result in the consumption cost of electricity and also very good for the human and environment.
