Here's ur answer

You do not need to heat liquid water or solid water (ice) to convert it into water vapour. The conversion continues to take place at all temperatures, including sub-zero.

All you need to do is let the space where vapour will collect remain under vacuum and remove any air with water vapour (to prevent the space getting saturated with water vapour).

You need to apply heat to convert water into steam, though. You also need to apply heat to hasten the speed of vaporisation of water.

Hope it helps

· I think a liquid cannot be changed into vapour without heating during ... aspects of getting heat energy to the particles I think it is not possible.
