it is quite common to see many people snore while sleeping. The first symptom of sleep apnea is loud snoring and feeling tired the next day. Sleep apnea is a serious condition in which breathing pattern gets interrupted having many stops/pause in between the session. Your breathing may get stopped for few seconds during the process of snoring.
