Yes,Because even though some animals transmits hazardous diseases when touched etc, These same animals still has a part in balancing our ecosystem. And without them, Our Ecosystem will be disrupted and unbalanced. This will lead to overpopulation, Extinction of animal species and then Famine caused by overconsuming the food available.

(If what you are talking about is those animals who are infected by a transmitable)

Yes,Because just As I have said earlier,They still plays a role in balancing our Ecosystem.Yet,We should isolate those who are infected from the community of healthy animals and do our best take good care of them until they are well.

(If its a human...)

Yes,Because this infected humans, Even though they are deadly, scary and hazardous. Still plays an important role in our nation and country.Either by their Job or others. In fact, We should prioritize them for they I'm sure also wants to live a long and healthy and disease free life like you.Take this as an example, you got infected by ebola virus and you heard that you will be left untreated and will just leave you there until you are dead or you will be just killed. What would you feel??.

BUT,we should also balance our perspective and must look also for the higher good of others. If it is necessary,lt's better for them to die than to live if they will live and infect more people. The same gose for the animals. This can be applied only if its really really necessary.

Thank you
