it is said that democracy is a rule of the majority the poor are in majority . so the democracy must be the rule of poor justify......???????

we generally seen that large section of poor society go for vote but only small section of rich society go to vote .so that create possibilities that government form of those party who get major vote from poor section and government also make law in faver in poor people. By this we say that democracy must be the rule of people
