If you are travelling with the speed of light, no light could reach the mirror, so no light would be reflected. Secondly, if you are moving at light speed, no atomic, biological or mechanical processes would occur. You wouldn't be conscious of anything. So wouldn't see anything. Not the mirror, your hand or even your spaceship. It's like asking what you see, when you're unconscious.
