It is said that in spring season the trees shed thier leaves is it is also true for evergreen trees ?

This is not true for evergreen trees. Evergreen trees, by definition, are trees that have their leaves throughout the year and are always green. This is not the same with deciduous trees which shed their leaves at some point in the year.
