it is said that indian political system is seriously handicapped.why?​

because in India political system is seriously handicapped because people think that if we don't follow the rules they are good the other side that the people who is following the rules are bad for them there is good political system in India but we can't see because from past everybody is saying that India is not food but India is also having political system very nicely but everybody thinks that it is not nice
