because hiv virus has no definte shape so no proper medicine for it and loose their immunity power against diseases and die

Actually the HIV makes the T-Helper cells, which are part of the immune system and with out the help from the helper T cells the other immunoglobulins would not be able to beat the antigen attach. These T- cells in an HIV subject become compromised and would not be able to signal other immune cells to defend against an invading antigen. Hence the over all immunity of the patient gets compromised and as a result even a small infection like cold, sore throat can turn out to be fatal.
