Answer: steamed food is boiled which have no fats and no carbohydrates in it where as in fried food oil is used which is not at all good for health as oil contains lots of fat in it

fried food contains cholesterol which increases fat of our body and kills the nutrients present in the food. so, steamed for is a better option cuz it is healthy and doesn't contains excessive calories like the fried food contains.
