Protoplasm of a cell cannot be analysed chemically becauses it ceases to be protoplasm as soon as it is removed from the organism.

Protoplasm is the living matter of a cell and every cell shows different composition which is why the composition of protoplasm also varies with cells.

Protoplasm cannot be analyzed chemically because in order to analyze it, we have to remove it and if we remove protoplasm from the cell, it won’t be called protoplasm anymore.
