It is said that the rockets go to outer space because of the third law of motion i.e the rocket exerts force on earth surface and the earth too exerts force on the rocket , so it moves to outer space .My question is how do the rockets move in outer space because the space is vaccum and they cannot exert force on any substance..Answer please​

Answer:

no Force can be applied but atleast we can move there. There are no air particles but there is a special matter called BLACK MATTER from this matter the third law of motion is applied.
