As we all know we have been completely isolated in our homes nd buildings because a worrying topic which named as corona virus when is spreading day by day and to have control on corona virus our honourable prime minister Mr narendra modi and our government and other stuffs have taken this step to have complete lockdown .
Not including me but many of them are felling and having anxiety , fear for the consequences of. this pandemic. It might can cause health disorders health issues, fitness issues , maintaing daily schedule and many more .
