Trade involves the exchange of goods and services from one person to another in exchange of money. For trade to be efficient the means of transportation and communication must be efficient. This is because goods need to be transported from one place to another for trade to take place in different places.if there is poor means of transportation then there will be less trade. Again for trade to take place communications need to take place between the trading parties and thus the need to have better means of communication.

For  every type of trade whether it is happening at local or international level , communication as well s the transport system or network of transport is necessary this is because a trade involves the transporting of things or material from one place to another and it is extremely difficult to transport a good without having proper network or roads. A trader prefer the areas of easy access for trading material or goods. Also, the communication have the important role to transport material at the appropriate place in appropriate time.The trading parties have to communicate for trading of material as per the demand or supply so the efficient communication is a pre-requisite for trading at any level.
