Provisions made by government for the protection of minorities are:
1. Any section of citizens with distinct language or culture have a right to conserve it.
2. Admission to any educational institutions maintained by government or receiving government aid cannot be denied to any of the groups of any religion or language.
3. All minorities have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice.
