No I don't agree
We all have to take the responsibility for the disposal of waste
if we will also clean and keep our surrounding then the earth will be very clean and disease free.
And after seeing us other will also take responsibility to clean our surrounding.

I do not agree. As an individual, I also have the responsibility and can contribute in the following ways:
(i) Cut down waste generation.
(ii) Make compost pit for bio degradable waste.
(iii) Recycle non biodegradable waste.
