it is told that ostrich's egg is the largest cell! how can the egg be a cell? it is a shell? please explain me how the egg is a cell?

Well, when it is said that ostrich's egg is the largest cell, of course we are not referring to the shell. We are actually talking about the part inside the shell i.e. the yolk of the egg.
