bcoz women is not responsible as they have perfect pair chromosomes but male can have XX and XY pair of chromosome

when X gamete from both male and female combine then XX is formed

this pair is broken to give X and XY is broken to give either X or Y

yes it is wrong to blame a women if she does not bare male child bcoz it is not depend on the women whome she can give birth its becaue of the chromosomes of men which decides the sex of the baby
