If you want to use the same words please do and write it as "It's a pleasant day today! "

But if you want to make it more expressive and original please change it and write it as "What a pleasant day it was!"(as the other user answered) or "OMG! Such a pleasant day!" or even "Today was the most pleasant day in my life!" or you can even make it less expressive and write it as "Today was such a pleasant day!" and so on.
