friend hear the thick walled artery are not taken up from area it has more significance when you talk about its capacity to bear the pressure when you are talking about in area you are talking about and two dimensional object or simply Seth area that you are applying force on and has the more the area the less the force will be exerted and the less will be the pressure but 808 areez the thick walled arteries are made for bearing high pressure which comes from heart and veins are not meant for wearing high pressure as the the blood which flows back to heart have nominal pressure
