1. In simple present tense,

Singular subject (like :- he, she, it or name) take v1 verb (real form of verb)

ex :- He plays cricket.

Plural subjects (We, they or names) and I, you take v5 verb (verb+s/es)

ex :- We play cricket.

simple Present tense format :-

Subject + v1/v5 + object.
