When you judge others, you are speaking your opinion and ignore the sense of conservation that is present in each one of us. When you judge yourself, you encounter some barriers that make you blind (=you refuse to admit you have any imperfection, only because even when you are judging yourself you compare it to other people's opinion and many other outside factors).
