“It’s our prime duty to comply with social rules.” Justify the statement.

It's not really your duty but you are being provided with information that can benefit you greatly so I would say you have a responsibility to yourself to understand the rules and the reasons for them. When it makes sense to you, you'll find the value.
These rules are designed to bring uniformity and order to any social system you encounter. When you understand the expectations of that system, you are able to behave in a manor that is not disruptive or disrespectful to the others. Know how to act frees you from worry that you'll do the wrong thing , so that you can relax and enjoy the experience. You can participate and be comfortable and confident.
These are not laws and you are free to ignore them but there can be consequences. If you join a club but refuse to follow the rules or wear the outfit, etc. You might get kicked out. If you are loud and tell off color jokes at the country club or throw your golf club, you may not be invited back.
Social rules provide a foundation for respecting others, being thoughtful or helpful, considerate of others…all good things.
Not all social rules are good. Think about some gangs in this country that are pure evil. Hazing in college fraternities. If the rules cause hurt or encourage bad acts or breaking the law, you must not obeye them. You must not even enter in to that social system.
