No. Animals simply die as of now.
However, from 1 Corinthians 15, it appears that God WILL raise all animals because the text says that everything that has a natural body has a spritual body. Animals have natural bodies and are even mentioned as examples. So that means they will have a spiritual body. It doesn’t say when or where this occurs.
