1-The poem is about that day that you felt not-so-good, you should count it as an opportunity missed

2- A day well spent in when, at the end of the day, you rest and realised just how much you made of a single day by helping others and using soothing words for all.

3-'easing the heart ' means to comfort someone who is not at ease.

4-whrn you have not made anyone happy or comfortable nor have you helped anyone.
