During new year, rather than celebration, the local boys in our society had organized a party in one of their houses. Celebrations apart, they already have many bad habits like smoking, drinking, etc. Particularly in the new year's eve, it all became worse when they started to create nuisanse in the streets. drunken, the boys started ragging everyone who passed by the way, especially girls. An old man who adviced them not to rag others, he himself ended up being hurt by them.
Not only this year, but this type of incidents happen every year. Even though police complaints are registered, no actions are taken against them because of their family background. Thus we decided to write to you this year.
We hope you would take proper decision regarding this issue.
