4-x=0
if first polynomial is the factor of second
x=4

put x in second polynomial

$4 \times {4}^{2} - 3 \times 4 + 5 \\ 64 - 12 + 5 \\ 69 - 12 \\ 57$
hence fist polynomial is not the factor of second polynomial because it leaves a reminder

Here reminder is not zero so 4-x is not a factor
