any reason for celebration.

why should we celebrate for the man who just increased caste discrimination by providing free seats for foolish sc/st

they are celebrating this becoz of these seats

sc and st celebrate ambedkar jayanti according to me it is not waste but it is good because he had helped to poor people by providing good facilities
