0,3.5 are the coordinates of P in the given question

MrBoom: but how did you worked it out
jay1001: Lol it's wrong
Hellofagenius: it is because the length of p from the x axis is 3.5 and the distance from y axis is 0
jay1001: It says equilateral triangle but your coordinates don't satisfy it
Hellofagenius: oh
Hellofagenius: then give it a try
Hellofagenius: yourself
Hellofagenius: I need to see
jay1001: give me 5 mins working it out
Hellofagenius: okayy

x coordinate = 0

y - coordinate = y

By distance formula QR = 4 UNITS

Now PQ=PR=QR = 4

OQis half of QR = 2 units

PO is height , let it be y

By pythagoras theorem,

y² + 2² = 4²

y = √12

y = 2√3

P coordinates ≡ (0,2√3)
